摘  要:本文通过对滚筒式冷渣器洒水管道运行时管道内流体运动状态进行仿真模拟,得到其运动规律,为滚筒冷渣器的控制提供理论支撑。针对内蒙古准能矸电锅炉滚筒冷渣器存在的具体问题,设计了相应的优化方案。技术改造后冷渣机冷却水系统实现了连续安全稳定运行,彻底解决了冷渣器出水管水压分配不均的问题,为电厂安全经济运行提供了保障。In this paper,the principle of boiler operation is first studied and described.The advantages and disadvantages of the dry slag discharge system in different transport modes are summarized.After that,the work of the drum type slag cooler is studied in depth,and when the sprinkler pipeline is running.The simulation of the fluid movement state in the pipeline was carried out,and its motion law was obtained.This provided directional advice and theoretical support for the control of the roller slag cooler.Afterwards,a corresponding optimization scheme was put forward for the specific problems existing in the slag cooler of the electric boiler in Inner Mongolia.After the technical renovation,the cooling slag cooling water system has been continuously operated safely and stably,which completely solved the problem of unequal distribution of water pressure in the slag cooler outlet pipe,saving considerable cost for the safe and economical operation of the power plant.
