摘  要:充填体下进行矿体回采时采场的稳定性至关重要,合理的采场结构参数对保障采场安全高效的回采起重要作用。以喀拉通克铜镍矿2#矿床东段矿体为工程背景,基于现场充填体假顶厚度,通过荷载传递交汇线理论、跨厚度比法、国外经验图表法和经验类比法预估采场极限跨度,并利用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对7m、8m和9m3种采场跨度方案进行数值模拟研究,分析不同采场跨度对围岩位移场与应力场变化及塑性区扩展规律的影响,确定在充填体假顶作用下最优的采场结构参数。研究结果表明:当采场跨度为8m时,既能保证采场稳定性,又能最大程度发挥采场生产能力。The stability of the stope is very important when the ore body is mined under the filling body.Reasonable stope structure parameters play an important role in ensuring the safe and efficient mining of the stope.Taking the east section of No.2 ore body in karatongke copper nickel mine as the engineering background,based on the thickness of filling body false roof,the limit span of stope is estimated by load transfer intersection line theory,span thickness ratio method,foreign experience chart method and empirical analogy method.FLAC 3D numerical simulation software is used to study the three stope span schemes of 7 m,8 m and 9 m.The influence of different stope spans on the variation of displacement field and stress field of surrounding rock and the expansion law of plastic zone are analyzed,and the optimal stope structure parameters under the action of filling body false roof are determined.The research results show that when the stope span is 8 m,it can not only ensure the stability of the stope,but also maximize the production capacity of the stope.
