摘 要:大功率超声波解堵增渗技术作为一种针对近井地带堵塞的新型环保解堵增渗技术已经应用在油水井解堵增产领域及煤矿瓦斯治理领域。而铀矿地浸矿山开采的近井地带堵塞与石油领域不同,一般具有埋藏浅、地质较为疏松、井筒尺寸小的特点,所以大功率超声波技术应用在铀矿地浸矿山领域需要进行优化、改进及针对性分析。本文通过对大功率超声波在铀矿的传播特性制定合理的超声波参数,根据参数设计研发适用于铀矿地浸矿山的小型化、大功率超声波设备,并对该新型大功率超声波设备在铀矿地浸矿山进行试验与应用,分析大功率超声波技术对地浸矿山的影响,为下一步推广大功率超声波技术在铀矿地浸矿山领域的应用奠定基础。As a new type of environmental protection technology,high-power ultrasonic technology has been applied in the field of oil-water well plugging and gas control.However,the near well block of in-situ leaching uranium mine is different from that of oil field,generally with the characteristics of shallow buried depth,loose geology and small shaft size,so the application of high-power ultrasonic technology in the field of in-situ leaching uranium mine needs to be optimized,improved and targeted analysis.In this paper,based on the reasonable ultrasonic parameters for the propagation characteristics of high-power ultrasonic in uranium mine,the miniaturization and high-power ultrasonic equipment suitable for in-situ leaching of uranium mine is designed and developed according to the parameters.The experiment and application of the new high-power ultrasonic equipment in in-situ leaching of uranium mine are carried out,and the influence of high-power ultrasonic technology on in-situ leaching of uranium mine is analyzed.It will lay a foundation for the next step to promote the application of high-power ultrasonic technology in the field of in-situ leaching of uranium mine.
