摘  要:矿用变压器的正常运行是煤矿进行正常生产工作的重要条件,对矿用变压器制定合适的检修策略十分重要。通过分析矿用变压器在全寿命周期成本中各个阶段的成本构成,并考虑资金的时间价值,在现值、终值与等年值之间的换算关系的基础上,同时引入动态役龄回退因子,着重分析了大修和小修对等效役龄的影响,建立基于全寿命周期成本和故障率的矿用变压器检修策略模型,利用布谷鸟搜索算法对检修策略模型进行寻优,确定矿用变压器全寿命周期成本最低的检修策略。The normal operation of mining transformers is an important condition for normal production work in coal mines,and it is very important to formulate suitable maintenance strategies for mining transformers.By analyzing the cost structure of mining transformers in all stages of the life cycle cost,and considering the time value of funds,on the basis of the conversion relationship between the present value,the final value and the equal annual value,the dynamic service age regression is introduced at the same time factors,focusing on the analysis of the impact of overhaul and minor repair on the equivalent service life,establishing a mine transformer maintenance strategy model based on full life cycle cost and failure rate,using the cuckoo search algorithm to optimize the maintenance strategy model to determine the maintenance strategy with the lowest life cycle cost of the mining transformers.
