摘 要:目的:借助纳米技术制备成APS纳米粒。方法:根据离子交联原理制备APS纳米粒。通过红外吸收光谱分析、粒径、Zeta电位,表征其物理特性,并将该纳米粒与大鼠心肌细胞共培养,评价细胞相容性。结果:该药物的红外吸收光谱在618.3 cm^-1处出现特征吸收峰,平均粒径为112.4 nm,Zeta电位为(41.0±0.21)mV,与H9c2细胞共培养后细胞活力无显著性变化(P=0.557)。结论:制成APS纳米粒,此纳米粒粒径分布均匀,性质稳定,具有良好的细胞相容性。Objective:The astragalus polysaccharide nanoparticles(APS-CS NPs)were prepared by the nanotechnology for the application of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:APS-CS NPs were prepared using the ionic gelation technique.Then fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectra,sizes and zeta potentials were analyzed to evaluate their physical characteristics.Finally,they were co-cultured with cardiomyocytes,and their cell compatibility were evaluated.Results:FTIR spectra of the APS-CS NPs showed a characteristic absorption peak at the frequency of 618.3 cm-1.The average particle size was 112.4 nm and the zeta potential was 41.0±0.21.There was no significant change in cell viability after co-cultivation of the nanomedicine with H9c2 cells(P=0.557).Conclusion:APS-CS NPs with uniform particle size,regular morphology and good biocompatibility has been successfully prepared.
