摘  要:文中首先对国内外现行的、具有代表性和权威性的熔敷金属扩散氢测定标准进行了系统的梳理和总结。并从试验用试块状态及精度、焊接工艺参数要求、试件焊接的操作要点和焊后的处理要求、各种收集方法的优缺点等角度对各标准之间的差异性进行了对比分析。最后,针对标准中推荐的具体试验方法,明确了具体操作时应注意的细节。结果表明,标准之间的一致性、差异性有助于实际工作中对标准的选择和使用,有利于标准化工作的持续改进。In this paper,the current representative and authoritative standards for determination of diffusion hydrogen for deposited metals are systematically summarized.The differences among the standards are compared and analyzed from aspects of the status and dimensional accuracy of the test block,the requirements of welding process parameters,the operation points of the test piece and the treatment requirements after welding,and the advantages and disadvantages of various collection methods.Finally,according to the specific test method recommended in the standard,the details that should be paid attention to in the specific operation are clarified.Through this paper,the consistency and difference between the standards are clarified,which is conducive to the selection and use of standards by inspectors and the continuous improvement of standardization.
