摘  要:通过对水泥厂包装车间包装区、皮带输送区、装车区安装袋式除尘器前后的粉尘质量浓度进行检测,对比各区域的粉尘质量浓度及变化特征,同时将不同生产力下的包装区和装车区粉尘质量浓度进行比较,来探究袋式除尘器的应用效果及包装车间的粉尘污染特征。结果表明:安装除尘器前,各区域粉尘质量浓度超标严重。安装除尘器后,粉尘质量浓度平均降低率在80%~85%之间,各区域粉尘质量浓度均为合格。各区域粉尘质量浓度整体表现为装车区>包装区>输送带拐点>输送带尾部>输送带头部。当增大至1.5倍生产力时,包装区空气中定点和个体接触粉尘质量浓度增大倍数在1.23~1.40倍之间,而装车区粉尘质量浓度增大倍数在1.75~2.04倍之间,影响相对较大。In this study,the dust mass concentration was detected for the cement packing workshop area,belt conveyor,loading installation before and after the bag filter,and the the dust mass concentration and the change of the regional features were investigated.Meanwhile,the dust mass concentration of the packed under different productivity and loading area was also studied.Thus,the application effect of bag filter and dust pollution characteristics of the packing workshop were explored.The results showed that the dust mass concentration in each area exceeded the standard seriously before the dust collector was installed.After installing the dust collector,the average dust mass concentration reduction rate was between 80%and 85%,and the dust mass concentrations in all areas were qualified.The overall dust mass concentrations in each area were as follows:loading area>packaging area>conveyor belt inflection point>conveyor belt tail>conveyor belt head.When the productivity increased to 1.5 times,the dust mass concentration in fixed point and individual contact in the air of the packing area increased by 1.23-1.40 times,while dust mass concentration in loading area increased by 1.75-2.04 times,which had a relatively large influence.
