摘 要:通过对再生粗骨料进行物理性能测定和XRD、SEM分析,研究了氢氧化钙溶液浸泡后碳化对再生粗骨料的影响,并提出再生粗骨料碳化反应度来表征再生粗骨料的碳化效果。结果表明:氢氧化钙溶液浸泡后碳化的再生粗骨料吸水率、压碎指标较未作强化处理的再生粗骨料分别降低12.7%、15.9%;再生粗骨料内部可碳化物质在氢氧化钙溶液浸泡后增多,在碳化过程中转换为CaCO 3,强化再生粗骨料的附着砂浆,从而提升再生粗骨料的宏观性能;氢氧化钙溶液浸泡的预处理方式可提高再生粗骨料的碳化效果,相比清水预浸泡处理,碳化反应度增长了3.7 g。According to the physical property tests of recycled coarse aggregate and analysis of XRD,SEM,researched the effect of carbonation after soaking in calcium hydroxide solution on recycled coarse aggregate,and put forward the recycled coarse aggregate’s carbonation reactivity which characterized the recycled coarse aggregate’s carbonation result.The investigation results showed that the water absorption and the crushing index of recycled coarse aggregate which has been carbonated after soaking in calcium hydroxide solution,were 12.7%and 15.9%lower than those of the recycled coarse aggregate without strengthening treatment respectively.The Ca(OH)2 of recycled coarse aggregate interior increased after soaking in calcium hydroxide solutions,which translated to CaCO 3 during the process of carbonation and then strengthened the recycled coarse aggregate’s attached mortar,so that macroscopic properties of recycled coarse aggregate could be promoted.The recycled coarse aggregate’s carbonation effect could be promoted through the calcium hydroxide solution’s pre-treatment method,compared to pre-soaking in water,the carbonation’s reactivity increased 3.7 g.
