摘  要:针对相对活泼金属的3D打印零件在氧含量极低的惰性气体或真空环境下退火处理的需求,设计了基于PIC单片机的全自动退火炉设备控制系统。着重介绍了温度采集、温度控制、压力采集、电流电压采集、通讯模块等电路设计和操作界面的设计。该系统可以对不同金属进行程序编辑和存储,提高操作人员的工作效率及操作的准确性。测试结果表明,该系统各数据测量精度高,通讯可靠,操作简单,功能正常。In response to the need for annealing treatment of relatively active metal 3 D printed parts in an inert gas with very low oxygen content or in a vacuum environment,a fully automatic annealing furnace equipment control system based on PIC MCU was designed.The circuit design and operation interface design of temperature acquisition,temperature control,pressure acquisition,current and voltage acquisition,communication module,etc.are mainly introduced.The system can edit and store programs for different metals to improve the efficiency and accuracy of operators.The system can edit and store programs for different metals,so as to improve the efficiency and accuracy of operators.The test results show that the system has high accuracy,reliable communication,simple operation and normal function.
