摘　　要：为满足气相色谱-质谱联用仪计量校准和测量结果质控的需要,研制八氟萘-异辛烷溶液等4类标准物质。用称量法配制,对标准物质的均匀性进行F检验、稳定性进行t检验,并对标准物质的不确定度进行了评定。配制的4种标准物质在12个月内均匀性、稳定性良好;标准物质的定值结果分别为八氟萘-异辛烷溶液100 pg/μL(U=3%,k=2)、二苯甲酮-异辛烷溶液10 ng/μL(U=2%,k=2)、六氯苯-异辛烷溶液10 ng/μL(U=2%,k=2)、硬脂酸甲酯-异辛烷溶液10 ng/μL(U=2%,k=2)。该标准物质可用于气相色谱-质谱联用仪计量校准或质量控制。In order to meet the requirements of the calibration of GC-MS and quality control for GC-MS measurement,four kinds of reference materials were developed.Reference materials were made up by weighing method.The homogeneity and stability were tested by using assigned methods,and the uncertainties were also analyzed.The homogeneity and stability of the reference materials were good within 12 months.The certified value of octafluoronaphthalene in isooctane was 100 pg/μL(U=3%,k=2).The certified values of benzophenone in isooctane,hexachlorobenzene in isooctane,methyl octadecanoate in isooctane were 10 ng/μL(U=2%,k=2).The reference materials can be used in the calibration of GC-MS,or quality control of results in the measurements.
