摘  要:光电直读光谱仪属于大型精密分析仪器,广泛应用于金属和合金的直接测定,是分析金属材料化学成分的快速分析仪器。接地保护是光电直读光谱仪安装和使用过程中基础又重要的一环,良好的接地是仪器正常使用和人身安全的重要保障。从接地的基本原则入手,重点阐述了接地装置的具体实施方案。该方案同样适用于电感耦合等离子光谱仪、原子吸收光谱仪等其它大型精密仪器设备。Spark source atomic emission spectrometer was a large precision analytical instrument,which was widely used in the direct determination of metals and alloys,it was a rapid analytical instrument for the analysis of the chemical composition of metal materials.Grounding protection is a fundamental and important link in the installation and use of spark source atomic emission spectrometer.Good grounding is an important guarantee for the use of the instrument and personal safety.Starting from the basic principles of grounding,the concrete implementation scheme of grounding device was emphatically expounded.The scheme presented is also applicable to other large precision instruments such as inductively coupled plasma spectrometer and atomic absorption spectrometer.
