摘　　要：研制了一种扩散法湿度发生器。介绍了扩散法湿度发生器配气系统研制方案及扩散管的制备,主要研究了扩散管、气路系统、电路系统、软件控制系统的设计。对研制的发生器进行了结构优化,满足仪器设备小型化、轻量化要求,为湿度检定校准工作提供便利。A humidity generator with diffusion method was developed.The scheme of gas distribution system of diffusion humidity generator and the preparation of diffusion tube were introduced.The design of diffusion tube,gas system,circuit system and software control system was mainly studied.The structure of the generator is optimized to meet the requirements of miniaturization and lightweight of the instrument and equipment,which provides convenience for humidity verification and calibration.
