某喷塑产品湿热变色问题研究

摘　　要：某喷塑箱体在湿热环境下表面发生变色。试验后发现,在一定的温度和相对湿度同时存在的条件下,会发生此种情况。其原因是塑粉中的色母颜料发生了迁移所致,选用专用的耐湿热塑粉可以预防此类问题的发生。The original surface color of sprayed box is inclined to change in humid/heat environment.The experiment results reveal that the migration of masterbatch pigment in plastic powder is the main reason of the surface discoloration.It is recommended that the special hygrothremal resistant plastic powder can effectively solve this problem.
