摘 要:危急遮断器是汽轮机重要部件,但根据现有算法所得跳闸转速理论的计算值与实际跳闸转速偏差较大,无法一次完成跳闸试验。通过研究发现弹簧旋转时受到自身离心力作用,会影响弹簧力的大小,从而影响危急遮断器的跳闸转速。采用Ansys计算出精确的弹簧力,从而得出较为准确的跳闸转速。通过试验验证,使用该方法所得误差的均方根平均值为0.45%,为汽轮机跳闸试验提供了理论基础。The emergency breaker is an important part of the steam turbine.However,the theoretical calculation value of the trip speed based on the existing algorithm has a large deviation from the actual trip speed,and the trip test cannot be completed at one time.Through the research,it is found that the centrifugal force acting on the spring will affect the magnitude of the spring force,thus affecting the trip speed of the emergency governor.Ansys is used to calculate the precise spring force to obtain a more accurate trip speed.It is verified by experiments that the average root-mean-square error of the method is 0.45%,which provides a theoretical basis for the steam turbine trip test.
