摘　　要：造血干细胞移植是目前治疗恶性血液病、骨髓衰竭性疾病、部分先天性及代谢性疾病的有效乃至根治的唯一方法。本文参考国际疾病分类ICD-9-CM-3分类原则,结合造血干细胞移植的临床知识及实际案例,探讨造血干细胞移植术的编码思路及查找方法,旨在分析不同分类的造血干细胞移植术编码原则,从而实现精准编码。Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is currently the only effective and even radical cure for malignant hematological diseases,bone marrow failure diseases,some congenital and metabolic diseases.This article refers to the ICD-9-CM-3 classification principles of the International Classification of Diseases,combined with clinical knowledge and actual cell transplantation,so as to achieve precise coding.
