摘  要:脓毒症是由感染引起的全身炎症反应综合征,脓毒症患者发病率和死亡率增加与心律失常的发生密切相关。在脓毒症危重患者中可出现阵发性室上性心动过速、心房颤动、心室颤动等多种不同类型的心律失常,而心律失常的发生常与心肌离子通道电流的改变密切相关。但目前的研究多集中于对脓毒症后心脏功能的改变,为了更好地了解脓毒症后心律失常的发生机制,即针对脓毒症后心律失常心肌离子通道的变化,并结合目前的药物治疗研究进展加以综述。Sepsis is a systemic inflammatory response syndrome caused by infection,and the increased morbidity and mortality of sepsis patients are closely related to the occurrence of arrhythmia.A variety of arrhythmias can occur in critically ill patients with sepsis,including paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia,atrial fibrillation and ventricular fibrillation,etc.The occurrence of arrhythmia is often closely related to the change of myocardial ion channel current.However,most of the existing studies focus on the changes in heart function after sepsis.In order to better understand the mechanism of arrhythmia after sepsis,here reviews the changes of myocardial ion channels after sepsis and the progress of drug therapy.
