摘 要:自体脂肪由于具有易获得、数量多、供体部位发病率低等优势广泛应用于整形外科的各个领域。但脂肪移植的高吸收率是整形外科医师普遍遇到的难题,为解决这一问题,大量涉及生物细胞再生医学的研究成果应用于临床,脂肪组织来源细胞的再生潜能已越来越多地应用于整形外科。这些细胞包括纳米脂肪、基质血管成分以及脂肪源性干细胞等,它们在瘢痕修复、面部年轻化、毛发生长和创面愈合等整形修复领域发挥重要的作用,预示着脂肪组织来源细胞再生技术具有广阔的应用前景。Autologous fat has been widely used in various fields of plastic surgery for its advantages of easy access,large quantity and low disease incidence of the donor site.However,the high absorption rate of the transplanted fat is a common problem for the plastic surgeons.To overcome this problem,a large number of researches related to biological cell regenerative medicine have been increasingly integrated into clinical practice in the past decade.The regenerative potential of adipose-tissue derived cells has been growingly applied in plastic surgery.These cells include nanofat,stromal vascular fraction,adipose-derived stem cells etc.,which have all shown capability to repair scars,promote facial rejuvenation,hair regeneration and wound healing,indicating a broad application prospect of adipose-tissue derived cell regenerative tech-nology.
