摘  要:心血管疾病的发病过程与免疫系统调节和慢性炎症反应有关,且有众多炎症因子及炎症介质参与。而白细胞介素(IL)-37是最新发现的一种抗炎因子和相关抗炎基因治疗的潜在位点,与炎症反应的信号通路及免疫受体相关。在心血管疾病中,IL-37表达的增强抑制了炎症相关病变的发生发展,在动脉钙化、动脉粥样硬化、心肌梗死、心肌缺血再灌注损伤、高血压等心血管疾病中发挥免疫调节及抑制炎症反应的作用,且IL-37与心血管疾病的炎症反应关系密切。The pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases is related to the regulation of the immune system and chronic inflammatory response,involving many inflammatory factors and inflammatory mediators.Interleukin(IL)-37 is a newly discovered anti-inflammatory factor and a potential site of anti-inflammatory gene therapy,which is related to the signal pathways of inflammatory response and immune receptors.The increased expression of IL-37 in cardiovascular diseases inhibits the occurrence and development of inflammatory lesions,and thus plays the role of immune regulation and inhibition of inflammatory response in cardiovascular diseases such as artery calcification,atherosclerosis,myocardial infarction,myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury,hypertension and so on.Therefore,it can be concluded that IL-37 is closely related to the inflammatory response in cardiovascular diseases.
