摘　　要：传统呼吸支持技术包括面罩、鼻导管、鼻塞等,这些技术的应用均有局限性。经鼻高流量氧气湿化(HFNC)治疗属于新型的呼吸支持技术,近年来在临床上得到广泛应用,在改善危重症患者的肺功能及预后、提高患者生活质量方面均有较高的应用价值。HFNC治疗可为患者提供恒定吸氧浓度、温度以及湿度的高流量气体,这种技术经鼻塞氧疗,舒适性良好,常用于各类合并呼吸衰竭患者的治疗。但HFNC也有局限性,因此明确使用的适应证和禁忌证,并规范临床应用,对增强治疗效果、提高临床应用价值意义重大。Traditional respiratory support techniques include mask,nasal catheter,and nose plugs,and the use of each of them is limited.High-flow nasal cannula(HFNC)oxygen humidification therapy is a new type of respiratory support technology and has been widely used in clinical practice in recent years,which has high application value in improving pulmonary function and prognosis of critical patients and improving their quality of life.HFNC oxygen humidification therapy mainly provides high-flow air with constant oxygen inhalation concentration,temperature,and humidity for the patients.This technique with nasal cannula oxygen therapy has better comfort and is often used in the treatment of patients with respiratory failure.However,HFNC therapy also has its limitations,so clarifying the indications and contraindications of its use and standardizing the clinical application are of great significance to enhance the curative effect and increase the applicative value.
