摘  要:为提高对煤矿主扇风机的自动化控制能力,设计基于嵌入式处理器的煤矿主扇风机控制系统。系统主要由AD信息采集模块、总线控制模块、上位机通信模块、嵌入式调度模块和集成信息处理模块等结构构成,并采用人机交互技术进行控制过程中的指令交互和程序加载。以嵌入式集成处理器作为控制核心芯片构建主控模块;在AD信息采集模块中设置8通道同步采样模式,并结合ZigBee组网方案构建网络通信协议;采用嵌入式交叉编译技术进行程序编译,在MCU控制单元进行煤矿主扇风机APP控制,形成智能控制平台,并设计接口程序实现控制指令的远程传输,完成系统的集成设计。测试结果表明,采用该系统进行煤矿主扇风机控制的控制精度较高、稳定性良好,且系统具有很好的人机交互能力,证明该系统具有明显的应用优势。In order to improve the automatic control ability of the main fan in coal mine,a control system based on embedded processor is designed.The control system is mainly composed of AD information acquisition module,bus control module,upper computer communication module,embedded scheduling module and integrated information processing module,and adopts human-computer interaction technology to carry out instruction interaction and program loading in the control process.The main control module is to use embedded integrated processor as the core chip.It sets 8-channel synchronous sampling mode in AD information acquisition module,and builds network communication protocol based on ZigBee networking scheme.Embedded cross-compilation technology is adopted for program compilation.APP control of the main fan of the coal mine is carried out in the MCU control unit to form an intelligent control platform.The interface program is designed to realize remote transmission of control instructions and complete the integrated design of the system.The test results show that the control precision of the system is high,the stability is good,and the system has good man-machine interaction ability,which proves that the system has obvious application advantages.
