摘  要:为提高烟草企业批次生产质量追溯能力,提出基于数据拓扑的烟草企业批次生产质量追溯模型。构建烟草生产流程的数据拓扑模型,利用数据拓扑模型进行烟草企业批次生产质量信息采样,为追溯系统提供可用数据。通过计算生产质量追溯初始分布值的估计值获取生产追溯强度及分布结果,在此基础上,分析追溯系统的频率分布,综合上述步骤实现烟草企业批次生产质量追溯。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行烟草企业批次生产质量追溯的实时性较好,动态追溯能力较强,对产品质量的信息定位能力较好。In order to improve the traceability ability of batch production quality of tobacco enterprises,a traceability model of batch production quality of tobacco enterprises based on data topology is proposed.The data topology model of tobacco production process is constructed,and the data topology model is used to sample the batch production quality information of tobacco enterprises,which provides available data for the traceability system.By calculating the estimated value of the initial distribution value of production quality traceability,the production traceability intensity and distribution results are obtained.On this basis,the frequency distribution of traceability system is analyzed,and the above steps are synthesized to realize batch production quality traceability in tobacco enterprises.The simulation results show that the real-time performance of tobacco enterprise batch production quality traceability is better by usingthis method.The dynamic traceability ability is strong,and the information positioningability of product quality is better.
