摘　　要：2020年初暴发的新冠肺炎疫情导致全世界的生产和生活都处于暂停状态,承担全球货物运输的海运业重要性尤为凸显。文中分析了海上货物运输涉及的货物装卸、船员作息和船员证书更换等问题,并对船员换班作息作了详细说明,根据中国部分港口的处理方式提出了在疫情期间所涉及的船员安全和换班以及船员证书的处理方式。The outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic in early 2020 has led to the suspension of production and life around the world,and,as a result,the importance of shipping as a means of global cargo transportation is very prominent.This article analyzes the problems related to cargo handling,crew rest and crew certificate replacement in maritime cargo transportation,and gives a detailed description of crew shift work.In view of the handling methods of some ports in China,the safety and shift of crew involved in the epidemic period and the methods for handling crew certificates are proposed.
