关于我国冰区港口航标助航效能提升的思考

摘　　要：为适应航运经济的发展,进一步提升我国冰区航标的助航效能,给冰区船舶航行提供安全保障,文中将通过对我国北方海区冰冻港口冰区航标应用情况的总结、分析,来探讨冰区航标助航效能持续提升的措施。To adapt to the development of the shipping economy and further enhance the efficiency of aids to navigation in ice areas of China so as to provide safety guarantee for ships navigating in ice areas,the paper summarizes and analyzes the application of aids to navigation in ice ports in north sea areas of China and probes into the measures for continuously enhancing the efficiency of aids to navigation in ice areas.
