摘  要:基于传统分频式扬声器面临的痛点,引入进一步改进的扬声器设计思路。同轴扬声器的设计缓解了视在顶点误差,使得扬声器系统获得了更为一致的轴向和偏轴向频率响应,并通过DSP处理获得了良好的时域脉冲响应。目前,同轴扬声器以2分频设计居多,在中频辐射角度控制、辐射效率以及低频控制等方面仍然存在缺陷。EAW AX系列扬声器在传统同轴扬声器设计的基础上另辟蹊径,对称的低频单元布局实现了真正的三分频同轴设计,中高频单元共用号筒将各个频段的指向性一致性和可控低频下限做最大程度的优化,其中,放射状相位塞和同心叠加阵列技术的引入解决了制造工程及声学上所面临的困难,在中频和高频换能器控制上做出了良好的权衡。In order to solve the problems that traditional loudspeaker des ign has encountered,EAW has proposed a new concept of loudspeaker design.Coaxial design is a very pra ctical solution to Apparent Apex Error faced by traditional asymmetrical loudspeakers,minimizing inconsistency between axial and off-axis frequency response,its impulse response can also be optimized by precise digital signa l processing.Most of the present coaxial loudspeakers adopt 2-way design,which exhibit significant imperfection in mid/low-frequency beam control and efficiency.Based on traditional coaxial design,EAW AX series loudspeaker has explored several unique approaches to achieve a true 3-way coaxial system.Its symmetri cal cone driver placement enabled the system with more control low frequency under reduced size,mid and hig h frequency drivers share a same wave guide and horn structure,which greatly optimize the consistency between mid and high frequencies.The use of proprietary Radial Phase Plug and Concentric Summation Array(CSA)technolo gy have solved acoustical engineering challenges faced by developers,which are key to these improvements.
