Objective To explore the stable method for the visible writing from thermosensitive erasable pen. Methods After the faded handwriting is naturally stored, treated with high temperature and ultraviolet light, and placed at normal temperature for a certain period of time,it is developed by low temperature, fluorescence, ultraviolet and other visualization methods. The ink composition of thermosensitive erasable pen is analyzed by ultraviolet, infrared spectroscopy, and fluorescence spectroscopy, and its manifestation mechanism is analyzed. Results Under the pretreatment conditions, the fluorescence method can only show the erasable writing of some brands. The long-wave ultraviolet method shows poor effect. The short-wave ultraviolet method and the low temperature method can clearly develop the erasable writing. Conclusion Under the pretreatment conditions, there is the stable ability to develop the fading writing from thermosensitive erasable pen with the short-wave ultraviolet method and the low temperature method.
