高速钢麻花钻金属钻屑痕迹的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨高速钢麻花钻在金属表面所形成的钻屑痕迹特征及比对检验。方法利用3种品牌、不同直径的麻花钻分别切削铜板、铝板、铅板,比较不同情形下的钻屑痕迹特征,总结麻花钻种类特征和细节特征,分析钻屑痕迹形成过程、主要影响因素以及比对检验注意事项。结果不同规格的麻花钻所形成的金属钻屑痕迹存在差异,不同材质的金属钻屑痕迹反映性有差异,麻花钻钻屑下表面的线条痕迹具有较高鉴定价值。结论麻花钻钻屑种属特征可以用于区分不同钻头,其下表面的线形痕迹可以用于认定钻头。Objective To explore trace characteristics and the comparison test of twist drill cuttings metal trace.Methods Three brands of twist drills with different diameters are used to cut copper,aluminum and lead plates,compare the characteristics of the trace of drilling cuttings,summarize the types and details of twist drills,analysis of twist drill cuttings metal forming process,the main influencing factors and testing notice.Results There are differences in cuttings metal traces formed by different specifications of twist drills,and there are differences in the reflection of the cuttings metal traces with different materials,Line traces on the under surface of the twist drill cuttings have highly identification value.Conclusion The variety-characteristics can be used to distinguish different bits,Line traces on the under surface of the twist drill cuttings can make comparison test.
