摘 要:采用土壤培养实验结合气相色谱技术和平板菌落计数法,研究了胡敏酸(HA)和富里酸(FA)对土壤中邻苯二甲酸正二丁酯(DnBP)降解的影响规律及其与土壤微生物数量变化的关系.结果表明,HA和FA的添加促进了土壤微生物对DnBP的降解,DnBP的降解率随HA和FA添加量的增加呈先升高后降低的趋势.HA和FA的最适添加量分别为80和40 mg·g^-1,该用量处理5 d时DnBP的降解率分别达68.6%和74.5%,为对照处理的1.4和1.5倍.HA和FA的添加促进了土壤细菌和真菌的增殖,微生物数量随HA和FA添加量的增加也呈先增加后减少趋势.HA处理组细菌数量和FA处理组的细菌和真菌数量均在添加量为40 mg·g^-1时出现最大值,而HA处理组真菌的数量则在添加量为80 mg·g^-1时呈现最大值.相关分析结果表明HA和FA的添加促进了土壤细菌和真菌的繁殖,进而促进了土壤微生物对DnBP的降解.The effects of HA and FA on the degradation of n-dibutyl phthalate(DnBP)in soil and its relationship with changes in soil microorganisms were studied using soil culture experiments combined with gas chromatography and plate colony counting.The results showed that the addition of HA and FA promoted the degradation of DnBP by soil microorganisms,and the degradation rate of DnBP showed a trend of first increase and then decrease with the increase of the amount of HA and FA.The optimal addition amounts of HA and FA were 80 mg·g^-1 and 40 mg·g^-1,respectively.The degradation rates of DnBP reached 68.6%and 74.5%when treated for 5 days,which were 1.4 and 1.5 times of the control treatment,respectively.The addition of HA and FA promoted the proliferation of soil bacteria and fungi.The number of microorganisms also increased and then decreased with the addition of HA and FA.The maximum number of bacteria in the HA treatment group and the number of bacteria and fungi in the FA treatment group appeared when the concentration was 40 mg·g^-1,while the maximum number of fungi in the HA treatment group showed a maximum when the concentration was 80 mg·g^-1.The related analysis results show that the addition of HA and FA promotes the reproduction of soil bacteria and fungi,and then promotes the degradation of DnBP by soil microorganisms.
