摘　　要：《长江三角洲区域一体化发展规划纲要》明确提出要规划建设南通通州湾长江集装箱运输新出海口,全力推进通州湾江苏新出海口建设是江苏落实国家战略、推动高质量发展的关键支撑,也是江苏省委、省政府在新时代作出的重大战略部署。通州湾建设江苏新出海口对放大多重国家战略叠加效应具有重大现实意义,将为新时代江苏高质量发展提供重大历史性机遇,通州湾建设江苏新出海口要着力突出规划的引领性、产业的前瞻性、交通的便捷性、城镇的品质性和推进的协同性。The construction of a new estuary in Tongzhou Bay of Nantong city is the pivotal point of the development of Jiangsu province.It has been stipulated in The Plan of the Integrated Development in Yangtze River Delta Region,which is drafted and issued by the Party Committee and government of Jiangsu Province in the New Era.The development of container transport in Yangtze River is part of the national strategy,which will bring new opportunities for the quality development of Jiangsu by the superposition of multiple national strategies.We must emphasize the leading role of the new estuary in regional economic development,the bright future of marine transport industry,the convenience of transportation,the high level development in Nantong,and the superposition effect of policies.
