摘　　要：运动休闲特色小镇作为体育产业的创新载体,是我国发展势头强劲的朝阳产业形态,在全面对接与融合文旅产业、健康产业的实践探索中,为体育强国建设提供了空间和平台,是实现体育强国梦的“桥头堡”。为明晰运动休闲特色小镇体育产业发展的本然性和必然性,促进其产业的高质量发展,运用文献研究法和案例分析法,通过探讨运动休闲特色小镇建设发展的“前世今生”,在理论和实践不同逻辑视角下阐释小镇体育产业发展的本然要求;继而结合集群式发展这一产业升级的重要路径与小镇的区域空间结构、产业集聚形态和“体育+”发展模式等多方面形成“耦合互促”关系,明确小镇产业集群发展模式的必然趋势;在上述要求和发展趋势的基础上,构建运动休闲特色小镇产业竞争力GEM模型,并在该模型的理论基础上结合相关案例深入剖析制约小镇产业发展的“基础层”短板、“企业层”痛点和“市场层”疏漏等瓶颈问题,最终提出健全保障体系和“巧用”资源禀赋的“基础层”完善路径、统筹产品布局和打造新型产业的“企业层”升级路径、精准识别市场和明确营销策略的“市场层”突破路径。Sports and Leisure Characteristic Town,the sun raising industry with great momentum,is innovative in sports industry.It provides a new platform and space to have overall connections and integration with cultural and travel industries,serving as the“bridgehead”to achieve the dream of building a powerful sports country.With the purpose of clarifying the inevitability and necessity of the Sports and Leisure Characteristic Town and promoting its development with high quality,the paper discusses the needs and clusters the development patterns through literature research and case analysis,explaining the inevitable development from the perspective of theories and practices by discussing the past and future development of Sports and Leisure Town.Then the author points out the cluster development of Sports and Leisure Town is definite through combining the cluster development,the regional spatial structure,industry cluster modes and“sports plus”.The GEM model of industrial competitiveness of sports and leisure characteristic town is constructed.Meanwhile,this paper also puts forward methods to enhance security systems,utilizing the resources flexibly,coordinating products and target market and defining marketing strategies with breakthroughs.
