“基准方案”在县级医院骨科Ⅰ类手术切口预防用抗菌药物管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨县级医院骨科Ⅰ类切口手术预防用抗菌药物管理的技术要求和管理方法。方法参照相关文献与骨科医师共同制定双方认可的“骨科Ⅰ类切口手术预防用抗菌药物基准方案”进行日常考核管理,再分析、总结。结果一般考核管理后、骨科Ⅰ类切口手术预防用抗菌药物比例用药占比为48.6%,导入“基准方案”细化管理后用药占比为26.6%。且季度品种选择合理率上升为90.9%,疗程合理率65.6%上升为90%,时机合理率6.3%上升为100%,用量用法管理变化不大,由90%上升为100%。结论“基准方案”在县级医院骨科Ⅰ类切口手术预防用抗菌药物管理中效果稳定并可操作。Objective It is a difficult problem to manage the antibiotics for the prevention of classⅠincision operation in orthopedics department of county hospital,and to explore the technical requirements and management methods.Methods According to the relevant literature and orthopedic doctors,the"benchmark scheme of antibiotics for prevention of classⅠincision surgery in orthopedics"was jointly formulated for daily assessment and management,and then analyzed and summarized.Results After the general examination and management,the proportion of antibiotics used in the prevention of classⅠincision operation in orthopaedics department was 48.6%,and the proportion of antibiotics used after the introduction of"benchmark scheme"was 26.6%.And the reasonable rate of variety selection rose to 90.9%,the reasonable rate of treatment course 65.6%to 90%,the reasonable rate of opportunity 6.3%to 100%,the dosage and usage management changed from 90%to 100%.Conclusion The"benchmark scheme"is stable and operable in the management of antibiotics for the prevention of classⅠincision operation in orthopedic department of county hospital.
