注射用二丁酰环磷腺苷钙对小儿热性惊厥后致心肌酶谱改变的营养心肌细胞作用

摘　　要：目的观察注射用二丁酰环磷腺苷钙对小儿热性惊厥后致心肌酶谱改变的营养心肌细胞作用。方法选择儿科2018年1月~2019年12月收治的80例热性惊厥患儿,采用电脑随机数字表抽取法,平均分为观察组和对照组,各为40例,两组皆常规给予对症治疗和营养合剂支持治疗,对照组加以维生素C辅助治疗,观察组加以二丁酰环磷腺苷钙辅助治疗,观察对比两组患儿治疗效果。结果观察组患儿的平均住院时间(5.7±1.3)d,与对照组(7.8±0.8)d比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿疗效总有效率为92.5%,与对照组75.0%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后α-HBDH、CK-MB、CK、LDH、AST、hs-CRP、cTnI水平对比治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组患儿治疗后指标水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用注射用二丁酰环磷腺苷钙辅助治疗,可营养心肌细胞,有助于改善小儿热性惊厥所致心肌酶谱改变,对缺氧性心肌细胞损伤有良好的保护作用。Objective To observe the effect of calcium dibutyryl cyclic adenosine monophosphate(DCCP)on myocardial enzymes in children with febrile convulsion.Methods 80 children with febrile convulsion admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional symptomatic treatment and nutritional mixture support treatment,the control group was given vitamin C adjuvant treatment,and the observation group was given dibutyryl cyclic adenosine calcium adjuvant therapy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The average hospitalization time of the observation group was(5.7±1.3)d,which was significantly different from that of the control group(7.8±0.8)d(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%,which was significantly different from that of the control group(75.0%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels ofα-HBDH,CK-MB,CK,LDH,AST,hs-CRP and cTnI in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels ofα-HBDH,CK-MB,CK,LDH,AST,hs-CRP,cTnI in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of calcium dibutyryl cyclophosphate calcium for injection as an adjuvant therapy can nourish myocardial cells,improve the changes of myocardial enzymes induced by febrile convulsion in children,and has a good protective effect on hypoxic myocardial cell damage.
