摘  要:为解决车间手工装配过程中存在重复劳动、生产效率低的问题,设计了一款新型工装,选择10名被试者参与新型工装的实验,结果表明使用新型工装能够降低手工装配时间,提高生产效率(p<0.05)。此外,考虑新型工装是否会给工人增加额外的肌肉疲劳,借助表面肌电仪进行测试,结果表明,新型工装能够有效缓解工人的肌肉疲劳程度(p<0.05)。据此认为,设计新型工装提升车间手工装配作业的生产效率方法可行,具有推广价值。In order to solve the problems of repetitive labor and low production efficiency in the manual assembly process of the workshop,This study designed a new type of tooling.Ten subjects were selected to participate in the experiment of the new type of tooling.The results showed that using the new type of tooling can reduce manual assembly time and improve production efficiency(p<0.05).In addition,considering whether the new tooling will add additional muscle fatigue to the workers,the test was carried out with the help of a surface electromyography meter.The results show that the new tooling can effectively relieve workers'muscle fatigue(p<0.05).Based on this,it is believed that the design of new tooling to improve the production efficiency of manual assembly operations in the workshop is feasible and has promotion value.
