摘  要:以Cr3+和Bi3+为掺杂剂,按照镓酸锌Zn0.97Ga2O3.97(ZGO)化学计量比,采用双相水热法制备了ZGO:Cr^3+,Bi^3+红色无机荧光粉,并通过透射电子显微镜、分光光度法和荧光光谱法分析了荧光粉样品的微观形态、晶体结构和发光性能。实验结果表明:Cr^3+和Bi^3+的最佳摩尔掺杂率分别是1%和2%,荧光粉最佳掺杂浓度化学式为ZGO:0.01Cr^3+,0.02Bi^3+,所得荧光粉颗粒为组分均匀的类球形颗粒,平均粒径为8 nm。在近紫外光的激发下,相对于单掺杂荧光粉ZGO:0.01Cr^3+,双掺杂荧光粉ZGO:0.01Cr^3+,0.02Bi^3+在漫反射光谱中<350、350~470和470~650 nm的吸收带强度明显增强。此外,在激发和发射光谱中,ZGO:0.01Cr^3+,0.02Bi^3+的发射强度为ZGO:0.01Cr^3+的2.5倍,表明该荧光粉的发光性能得到显著提升。Red phosphors with Zn0.97Ga2O3.97(ZGO):Cr^3+,Bi^3+ were prepared by biphasic hydrothermal method with Cr^3+ and Bi^3+ as dopants according to the stoichiometric ratio of ZGO.The micromorphology,crystal structure and luminescence properties of the phosphor samples were characterized by transmission electron microscopy,spectrophotometry and fluorescence spectrometry.The results show that the optimal molar doping rates of Cr^3+ and Bi^3+ is fixed at 1%and 2%respectively and the optimum doping concentration chemical formula of the phosphor is ZGO:0.01Cr3+,0.02Bi3+.The obtained phosphor particles are spherical particles with uniform composition,and the average size is 8 nm.Compared to the single-doped phosphor ZGO:0.01Cr3+,the absorption bands intensity of the double-doped phosphor ZGO:0.01Cr^3+,0.02Bi^3+at<350,350-470,and 470-650 nm in the diffuse reflection spectrum is significantly enhanced under the excitation of near-ultraviolet light.Moreover,the emission intensity of ZGO:0.01Cr^3+,0.02Bi^3+ is 2.5 times higher than that of ZGO:0.01Cr^3+ in both the photoluminescence excitation and emission spectra,showing that the luminous performance of the phosphors is significantly improved.
