摘 要:以低成本的无尘纸为基底吸附氧化石墨烯,再通过水热处理得到还原氧化石墨烯,最后将苯胺原位聚合到无尘纸@还原氧化石墨烯上,制备得到无尘纸@还原氧化石墨烯/聚苯胺复合材料。运用循环伏安法、恒电流充放电法、阻抗法等测试该复合材料的电化学性能。结果表明,与无尘纸@还原氧化石墨烯相比,无尘纸@还原氧化石墨烯/聚苯胺复合材料的电化学性能有显著提高,在扫描速率为20 mV/s时,比电容达到280 F/g。基于无尘纸@还原氧化石墨烯/聚苯胺复合材料组装的电容器有良好的柔性,充电后可点亮白色LED灯。因此,具有柔性与电容性能的无尘纸@还原氧化石墨烯/聚苯胺复合材料能用于超级电容器领域。Graphene oxide(GO)was first absorbed on the low-cost air-laid paper and subsequently reduced to reduced graphene oxide(rGO)by hydrothermal treatment.Finally,polyaniline(PANI)was in situ combined on air-laid paper@rGO to obtain the air-laid paper@rGO/PANI composite.Cyclic voltammogram,galvanostatic charge-discharge and impedance spectroscopy were used to measure the electrochemical performance of the composites.Compared with air-laid paper@rGO,the electrochemical performance of air-laid paper@rGO/PANI composite was greatly improved.The specific capacitance of air-laid paper@rGO/PANI was 280 F/g at the scan rate of 20 mV/s.The supercapacitor based on the air-laid paper@rGO/PANI composite shows good flexibility and could light a white light-emitting diode(LED)lamp after charging.Therefore,the air-laid paper@rGO/PANI composite with flexibility and high-performance capacitance could be used in the field of supercapacitor.
