摘　　要：目的:观察桑菊饮加麻黄治疗风热型小儿咳嗽的疗效。方法:收集2016年9月-2019年9月应用桑菊饮加麻黄治疗风热型小儿咳嗽的25个病例进行总结分析。结果:治愈23例,占92%(23/25);好转1例,占4%(1/25);无效1例,占4%(1/25)。结论:桑菊饮加麻黄治疗风热型小儿咳嗽疗效确切,值得临床推广。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Sangju decoction(桑菊饮)plus ephedra on children cough of wind heat type.Methods:From September 2016 to September 2019,25 cases of cough in children with wind heat type were collected and analyzed.Results:23 cases were cured,accounting for 92%(23/25);1 case was improved,accounting for 4%(1/25);1 case was invalid,accounting for 4%(1/25).Conclusion:Sangju decoction plus ephedra is effective in the treatment of cough in children with wind heat type,which is worthy of clinical application.
