黄芪建中汤合枳实消痞丸加减治疗脾胃虚弱型功能性消化不良的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨黄芪建中汤合枳实消痞丸加减治疗脾胃虚弱型功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法:选取郁南县第二人民医院2017年4月-2019年4月收治的64例脾胃虚弱型功能性消化不良患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组32例。对照组应用吗丁啉治疗,研究组应用黄芪建中汤合枳实消痞丸加减治疗。结果:研究组总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05),研究组治疗后尼平消化不良指数(Nepean Dyspepsia Index,NDI)和汉密顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)积分改善情况均显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:应用黄芪建中汤合枳实消痞丸加减对脾胃虚弱型功能性消化不良患者进行治疗,可以改善患者的胃功能,恢复患者的胃肠道功能,改善患者的症状,大幅提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction(黄芪建中汤)combined with Modified Zhishi Xiaopi pill(枳实消痞丸)on functional dyspepsia of weak spleen and stomach.Methods:64 cases of functional dyspepsia with spleen and stomach weakness admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Yu'nan County from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into two groups,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with motilium,and the study group was treated with Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with Modified Zhishi Xiaopi pill.Results:The total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement of NDI and HAMD scores in the study group after treatment was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with Modified Zhishi Xiaopi pill can improve the gastric function of patients,restore the gastrointestinal function,relieve the symptoms,and greatly improve the quality of life of patients in the treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia with weak spleen and stomach,which is worthy of clinical application.
