超声导入双氯芬酸钠凝胶治疗肱骨外上髁炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察超声导入双氯芬酸钠凝胶治疗肱骨外上髁炎的疗效。方法:将2018年1月-2019年8月在泉州市正骨医院就诊的60位肱骨外上髁炎患者随机分为两组,每组各30例,治疗组给予肱骨外上髁激痛点超声导入双氯芬酸钠凝胶治疗,每日1次;对照组给予肱骨外上髁痛点部位皮肤外搽双氯芬酸钠凝胶治疗,外用,每日3次,观察两组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗1个疗程后治疗组总体有效率为96.67%(29/30),对照组总体有效率为76.67%(23/30),治疗组临床总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);且两组患者均未出现不良反应。结论:超声导入双氯芬酸钠凝胶疗效比单纯外搽药物治疗效果好,且无明显不良反应,有效地缓解肱骨外上髁炎引起的疼痛症状。Objective:To observe the curative effect of ultrasonic introduction of diclofenac sodium gel in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis.Method:60 patients with external humeral epicondylitis treated in Quanzhou Orthopedic Hospital from January 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 30 patients in each group,and the treatment group was given ultrasound guided treatment at the point of stimulus pain from external humeral epicondylitis with diclofenac sodium gel for one time per day;The control group was treated by applying diclofenac sodium gel on the skin of the pain spot of the external humeral epicondylitis for three times per day.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed.Result:After one period of treatment,the overall effective rate was 96.67%(29/30)in the treatment group and 76.67%(23/30)in the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);and there were no adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:The effect of ultrasound infusion of diclofenac sodium gel is better than that of external application,it has no obvious side effects,which can effectively relieve the pain caused by external humeral epicondylitis.
