通淋汤联合左氧氟沙星片治疗泌尿系感染的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨通淋汤联合左氧氟沙星片治疗泌尿系感染的临床效果。方法:遵照随机原则选取2018年5月-2019年9月深圳市中医院就诊的泌尿系感染患者共计98例作为试验对象,并按照临床治疗方案的不同将其分别分为相对应的两组(治疗组与对照组)进行区别性治疗,其中对照组予常规西药左氧氟沙星片对症治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上联合口服中药通淋汤进行干预。然而由参与本研究的临床观察小组对比分析两组患者的尿细菌学、症状消失时间和临床疗效。结果:经差异性干预后,治疗组的尿液白细胞数目及尿频、尿痛、尿急症状消失时间均明显少于对照组,且两组相关数据差异具有统计学意义(P <0.01)。其中,临床总有效率治疗组为91.84%(45/49),对照组为75.51%(37/49),两组临床总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:对泌尿系感染患者行常规左氧氟沙星片对症治疗的同时联合中药通淋汤能够提高其临床疗效,改善临床症状,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective:To discuss the clinical therapeutic effects of Tonglin decoction(通淋汤)combined with levofloxacin tablets in the treatment of urinary system infection.Methods:A total of 98 cases of urinary system infection treated in Shenzhen TCM Hospital from May 2018 to September 2019 were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,with 49 cases in each group.In the control group,routine levofloxacin tablets were orally applied.In the treatment group,based on the treatment of the control group,Tonglin decoction was also used,and the urinary bacteria situation,the symptom disappearing time and the clinical therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:After the treatments,in the treatment group,the number of urinary white cells,the disappearing time of the symptoms such as urinary frequency,pain and urgency were lower than those in the control group respectively(P<0.01).The total effective rates were 91.84%(45/49)in the treatment group and 75.51%(37/49)in the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the urinary system infection,Tonglin decoction combined with levofloxacin tablets could improve the clinical effects and alleviate the clinical symptoms,which has certain clinical application value.
