摘　　要：目的对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者术前心理健康状况进行调查分析。方法选取2017年4月—2019年6月就诊收治的220例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者,其中男性129例,女性91例;城镇患者133例,农村患者87例,通过症状自评量表(SCL-90)、汉密尔顿焦虑(HAMA)、抑郁(HAMD)量表和领悟社会支持(PSSS)评定量表进行评价。结果220例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者中,患有情感障碍的发生率为47.27%,轻中度抑郁障碍的发生率为24.09%,中度焦虑障碍的发生率为28.64%。结论医护人员通过对影响患者的情绪进行综合评定,从而加快患者的康复速度,为临床治疗提供依据。Objective To investigate and analyze the preoperative mental health status of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis.Methods 220 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis from April 2017 to June 2019 were selected,including 129 males and 91 females,133 urban patients and 87 rural patients,and were assessed by Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),depression scale(HAMD)and perceived social support(PSSS).Tables were evaluated.Results Among 220 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis,the incidence of affective disorders was 47.27%,the incidence of mild to moderate depressive disorders was 24.09%,and the incidence of moderate anxiety disorders was 28.64%.Conclusion Medical staff can effectively improve the mental state of patients by comprehensive evaluation of the emotions affecting patients and carrying out targeted mental intervention,thus speeding up the recovery of patients and providing basis for clinical treatment.
