摘　　要：医学人文是行风职业道德建设的认知基础,两者互相渗透,彼此融合。没有人文精神的滋养,医学科学如单翅鸟难以高飞,没有良好的职业道德,医疗工作易滋生医患矛盾,点燃"医学人文和职业道德"之灯,强化职业信仰和职业素养势在必行。加强医院人文和职业道德建设是一项系统工程,也是一项任重道远的任务,它对医务人员的全面发展、医院管理等方面均起着重要作用,而爱国主义与理想信念教育;加强沟通,构建和谐的医患关系;健全医院管理机制;加强医院文化建设,对医院强化人文和职业道德建设具有显著的推进作用,能提高医务人员的职业道德水平,降低医疗纠纷发生率,提升满意度,具有较高的应用价值。Medical humanities are the cognitive basis of professional ethics construction.Both of them are infiltrated and integrated with each other.Without the nourishment of the humanistic spirit,medical science is like a single-winged bird which is difficult to fly high.Without good professional ethics,medical work is prone to breed doctor-patient contradictions.it is imperative to strengthen the light of"medical humanities and professional ethics",professional belief and professional literacy.Strengthening the construction of humanities and professional ethics in hospitals is a systematic project and a long-term task as well.It plays an important role in many aspects such as overall development of medical staff and hospital management.Besides,patriotism and education of dreams and beliefs;reinforced communication and construction of harmonious doctorpatient relationship;improvement of hospital management mechanism;strengthened hospital cultural construction,play a significant role in promoting the establishment of humanities and professional ethics in hospitals,which is also of great applicable value to improve the professional ethics of medical staff,reduce the incidence of medical disputes,and enhance patients’satisfaction.It has high application value.
