摘　　要："医养结合"是一种有病治病、无病疗养、医疗康复和养老相结合的新型养老模式。医疗机构作为医养结合养老服务中的重要组成部分,发挥着至关重要的作用。基于SWOT分析,我们看到三级甲等综合医院下的医养结合医疗服务模式的发展既有其内部优势和外部机会,也面临一定的内部劣势和外部挑战。我们应充分整合医疗和养老两方面的资源,充分发挥优势和机会,克服劣势和挑战,明确发展目标和方向,重点做好以下几点:(1)建立健全法律法规和行业标准,建立政策激励机制和行业服务约束机制。(2)加强从业人员培养和储备,提升从业人员业务水平和服务能力。(3)加强宣传推广,提高公众认知。Combining medical and pension services is a new type of old-age care model combining disease treatment,disease-free treatment,medical rehabilitation and old-age care.As an important part of the old-age care service,medical institutions play an important role.Based on SWOT analysis,we found that the development of the medical and pension services in tertiary level A general hospitals not only had internal advantages and external opportunities,but also faced certain internal disadvantages and external challenges.We should fully integrate support in both medical and elderly care,give full play to advantages and opportunities,overcome disadvantages and challenges,clarify development goals and directions,and focus on the following points:(1)Establish and improve laws and regulations and industry standards,establish policy incentive mechanisms and industry service restraint mechanisms.(2)Strengthen the training and reserve of employees,improve the business level and service capabilities of employees.(3)Strengthen publicity and promotion to raise public awareness.
