摘  要:目的支气管哮喘患者的呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)测定联合痰细胞计数评估哮喘表型,为临床治疗提供依据。方法选择我院2018年1月—2019年1月治疗的支气管哮喘患者61例作为研究对象,开展FeNO测定联合痰细胞计数分类评估哮喘表型,组间患者对比炎症标志物和肺通气功能检查。结果支气管哮喘患者的FeNO水平与病情及炎症反应程度具有显著的正相关关系,嗜酸粒细胞型与混合细胞型患者的FeNO水平显著高于中性粒细胞型患者(P<0.05)。结论呼出气FeNO测定联合痰细胞计数分类有助于评估哮喘气道炎症表型,选择最佳的治疗方案。Objective To evaluate the asthma phenotype by the measurement of exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO)and the count of sputum cells in order to provide the basis for clinical treatment.Methods 61 patients with bronchial asthma treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study objects.FeNO test combined with sputum cell count classification was performed to evaluate the asthma phenotype.The patients in the group were compared with the inflammatory markers and pulmonary ventilation function.Results There was a significant positive correlation between the level of FeNO in patients with asthma and the degree of inflammation.The level of FeNO in patients with eosinophils and mixed cells was significantly higher than that in patients with neutrophils(P<0.05).Conclusion The measurement of FeNO in exhaled air combined with the classification of sputum cell count is helpful to evaluate the airway inflammation phenotype of asthma and select the best treatment plan.
