降脂护肝胶囊辅助治疗高血脂症的应用及临床有效性分析

摘　　要：目的分析在高血脂症患者治疗期间应用降脂护肝胶囊辅助治疗的有效性及安全性。方法将2018年10月—2019年10月的150例高血脂症患者分为两组,试验组75例患者在常规治疗的基础上实施降脂护肝胶囊治疗,参照组75例患者实施常规治疗,对比两组患者的最终治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组各项指标比较,差异无统计学意义,P> 0.05;与参照组相比,试验组LDL-C、TG、TC等各项指标较高,且HDL-C(1.17±0.47)mmol/L指标低于试验组(2.58±1.43)mmol/L,试验组治疗总有效率为89.33%,参照组治疗总有效率77.33%,数值差异具有统计学意义,P <0.05。结论应用降脂护肝胶囊辅助治疗,可有效提高治疗高血脂症的总有效率,临床效果显著。Objective The effectiveness and safety of Jiangzhi Hugan capsule in the treatment of hyperlipidemia patients.Methods The cases were selected from October 2018 to October 2019,and 150 patients with hyperlipidemia were divided into two groups.75 patients in the experimental group were treated with Jiangzhi Hugan capsule on the basis of conventional treatment.Reference group 75 patients were treated conventionally,and the final treatment effect was compared between the two groups of patients.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the indexes of the two groups,P>0.05;Compared with the reference group,LDL-C,TG,and TC in the experimental group were significantly higher,and HDL-C(1.17±0.47)mmol/L was significantly lower than the experimental group(2.58±1.43)mmol/L.The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group(89.33%),and the total effective rate of treatment in the reference group was 77.33%.The difference was large,P<0.05.Conclusion Adjuvant treatment of Jiangzhi Hugan capsule can effectively improve the total effective rate of treating hyperlipidemia,and the clinical effect is significant.
