摘  要:目的考察前列腺炎颗粒在兔体内的药动学,比较受试制剂和参比制剂的相对生物利用度。方法将6只兔随机均分为A、B组,分别口服灌胃前列腺炎丸和前列腺炎颗粒(2.4 mg/kg),于给药前及给药后不同时间点耳缘静脉取血,给药1周后,2组交叉给药,相同时间点取血;采用高效液相色谱法测定血浆中盐酸小檗碱浓度,并计算药动学参数及相对生物利用度。结果 A组和B组的Tmax分别为(2.65±0.46)h、(2.01±0.27)h,Cmax分别为(64.51±6.30)μg/L、(121.29±7.34)μg/L;前列腺炎颗粒相对于前列腺炎丸的相对生物利用度为(147.53±15.16)%。结论前列腺炎颗粒与前列腺炎丸比较,增加了血浆中药物浓度,提高了盐酸小檗碱的相对生物利用度。Objective To investigate the pharmacokinetics of prostatitis granules in rabbits and to compare the relative bioavailability of test preparations and reference preparations.Methods Six rabbits were randomly divided into groups A and B,and oral prostatitis pills and prostatitis granules(2.4 mg/kg)were orally administered.Blood was collected from the ear margin vein before and at different time points after administration.After 1 week of administration,the two groups were cross-administered and blood was taken at the same time point.The concentration of berberine hydrochloride in plasma was determined by highperformance liquid chromatography,and the pharmacokinetic parameters and relative bioavailability were calculated.Results The Tmax of group A and group B were(2.65±0.46)h、(2.01±0.27)h,and Cmax were(64.51±6.30)μg/L、(121.29±7.34)μg/L;the relative bioavailability of prostatitis granules to prostatitis pills is(147.53±15.16)%.Conclusion Compared with prostatitis pill,prostatitis granules increased the drug concentration in plasma and significantly increased the relative bioavailability of berberine hydrochloride.
