运气理论指导下应用当归饮子治疗皮肤病的思路

摘　　要：目的:依据运气学说理论,通过总结戊戌年运用当归饮子在治疗皮肤病方面的临床特点和规律,结合临床案例分析,探讨当归饮子治疗皮肤病的运气原理。方法:按运气时段划分纳入2018年1月20日(大寒)至2019年1月19日(大寒前一日)学校医院门诊皮肤病患者共79例,统计六气分段的发病例数,结合当年的运气特点及致病特点进行分析,并通过剖析当归饮子组方特点及临床验案治疗思路,总结运气理论在临床治疗过程中的重要性。结果:在诊治疾病过程中司天、司人、司病证,顺天察运,握机于先,灵活运用当归饮子治疗皮肤病效如桴鼓。结论:运气辨治是借天地五运六气之理,辨人身五脏六腑之疾。戊戌年火运太过,火热灼金,肺金受邪,皮肤疾病发病率高。运气理论以“天人相应”为基本思想,辨时握机调理天人关系达到和谐,比传统脏腑辨证论治具有明显的优势,同时为中医治未病理论和实践提供了新的思路。Objective:According to the theory of Yunqi(运气),the clinical characteristics and rules of Danggui Yinzi(当归饮子)on skin diseases in Wuxu Year(戊戌年)were summarized,combined with the analysis of proven cases.Methods:Based on the characteristics of Yunqi from 20th January 2018[Dahan(大寒)]to 19th January 2019(The day before Dahan)and pathogenic characteristics,the incidence of 79 patients with pneumoconiosis were analyzed.Through analyzing the characteristics of Danggui Yinzi and treatment ideas,the importance of the theory of Yunqi was summed up.Results:Based on therapeutic principle of Sitian(司天),Siren(司人)and Sibingzheng(司病证),Danggui Yinzi on skin diseases was effective.Conclusion:Yunqi differentiation of symptoms is based on Wuyun Liuqi(五运六气),to differentiate the diseases of Wuzang Liufu(五脏六腑).There is too much Huoyun(火运)in Wuxu Years,so the incidence of skin diseases was increased.The theory of Yunqi is a new way for TCM theory and practice.
