从“小青龙汤”的临床运用看中医异病同治的临床体现

摘　　要：小青龙汤是张仲景为治疗太阳伤寒兼内停水饮证及寒饮所创,当代临床运用根据中医异病同治的辨证思想,扩大其治疗范围。本次列举3个以小青龙汤治疗不同疾病案例,佐证中医异病同治思想。The Xiaoqinglong decoction(小青龙汤)was created by Zhang Zhongjing for treating Taiyang Shanghan(太阳伤寒),Shuiyin(水饮)and Hanyin(寒饮)syndromes.According to the dialectical thought of treating different diseases with the same treatment,the Xiaoqinglong decoction was expanded.Treating 3 cases of different diseases with the Xiaoqinglong decoction shows good effects,to support the idea of treating different diseases with the same method.
