引火归原法联合喜辽妥对女性痤疮患者血清雌二醇、睾酮、皮质醇影响及疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:以大于25岁女性痤疮患者为研究重点,治疗组采用引火归原法联合喜辽妥乳膏外用治疗女性青春期后痤疮辨证为肝肾不足、虚火上炎型的患者,并以丹参酮胶囊为对照组,综合评定两组疗效。方法:以痤疮综合分级系统量表(GAGS)评分、中医症状评分为评价手段,以雌二醇(Estradiol,E2)、睾酮(Testosterone,T)、皮质醇(Cortisol,CORT)为实验室指标综合评价两组的具体治疗效果。结果:治疗4周后,两组临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗组中医症状评分、GAGS评分与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。提示治疗组症状改善的程度优于对照组。治疗组治疗前后的E2、T、CORT的差值与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:引火归原法治疗女性青春期后痤疮,与丹参酮胶囊相比能明显改善患者临床症状,同时在改善血清E2、T、CORT水平上具有明显优势。Objective:To study the effect of the Yinhuo Guiyuan therapy(引火归原法)plus Hirudoid on acne of the Ganshen Buzu and Xuhuo Shangyan type(肝肾不足、虚火上炎型)in female,compare with tanshinone capsule as the control group.Methods:GAGS score and TCM syndrome score were evaluation means,and E2,T,CORT as laboratory indicators were compared,and the effect was comprehensively evaluated.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,there was statistically significant difference in clinical efficacy,the TCM symptom score and GAGS score between two groups(P<0.001).The improvement of symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.There were statistically significant difference in E2,T,CORT before and after treatment between groups(P<0.001).Conclusion:Compared with tanshinone capsule,the Yinhuo Guiyuan therapy plus Hirudoid on puberty acne can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,and has obvious advantages in improving serum E2,T,CORT levels.
