摘 要:目的建立GC-FID内标法,快速、准确测定复方丹参制剂醇沉上清液乙醇含量。方法以正丙醇为内标物,采用AgiLent DB-624(30m×0.53mm×3μm)色谱柱,氢火焰离子化检测器检测。结果该方法在乙醇体积分数为0.00999%~0.069930%范围内呈现良好的线性关系(R2=0.9998);加标回收率为97.39%~102.54%,RSD为0.53%~1.56%。结论方法简便快捷、准确可靠,可用于复方丹参醇沉上清液乙醇含量的测定。OBJECTIVE To establish a GC-FID internal standard method to quickly and accurately determine the ethanol content in supernatant of compound Salvia miltiorrhiza preparation.METHODS Using n-propanol as internal standard,the determination was carried out by an AgiLent DB-624(30m×0.53mm×3μm)chromatographic column with a hydrogen flame ionization detector.RESULTS The method showed a good linear relationship(R2=0.9998)in the range of 0.00999%~0.069930%volume fraction of ethanol,and the recovery rate of addition standard was 97.39%~102.54%,RSD was 0.53%~1.56%.CONCLUSION The method is fast,accurate and reliable,and can be used for the determination of ethanol content in the supernatant of compound Salvia miltiorrhiza.
