摘　　要：笔者前期就心血管磁共振学会(Society for Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance,SCMR)2020年版心血管磁共振标准化成像方案进行了解读,本期将对2020年心血管磁共振标准化图像判读与后处理作进一步解读。诚然,心血管磁共振(cardiovascular magnetic resonance,CMR)临床应用越来越广泛,但是鉴于CMR检查技术和定量参数的多样性,如何保证CMR报告的规范化、全面性和准确性,对CMR的应用与推广的重要性不言而喻。笔者主要针对CMR图像判读和后处理的相关要求和标准进行解读,并适当地讨论了图像分析的缺陷,以期为国内同行提供相关参考和依据。In the last issue,we interpreted the 2020 version of standardized cardiovascular magnetic resonance(CMR)imaging protocols published by Society for Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance(SCMR).In this issue,we will further interpret the 2020 version of standardized image interpretation and post-processing.It is true that the clinical application of CMR is more and more extensive,but in view of the diversity of CMR techniques and quantitative parameters,agreement on specific standards for the interpretation and post-processing of CMR studies is required to ensure consistent quality and reproducibility of CMR reports.In order to provide relevant reference,in this article,we mainly interpreted the requirements and standards for image interpretation and post-processing and discussed the pitfalls of image analysis where appropriately.
