摘 要:为了解在变温环境下,SF6混合气体在压强为0.6MPa的压力特征曲线,设计试验并测定了SF6/N2、SF6/CF4两种混合气体在SF6不同体积分数下的压力特征曲线。设置实验室的温度变化范围为?30~40℃,准备检测器具及设备,分别配置SF6体积占比为28%、30%、32%的两种混合气体,推导混合气体的状态方程。在试验中测出实际的温度和压力值,代入状态方程得到理论计算值,计算出相对误差,验证状态方程的适用性,绘制出变温环境下SF6混合气体在0.6MPa环境下压力特征曲线。经试验发现,在该曲线中压力与试验温度呈一定的线性关系,为SF6混合气体制备以及相关的研发提供了理论依据。In order to understand the pressure characteristic curve of SF6 mixed gas at pressure of 0.6 MPa under the condition of variable temperature,the pressure characteristic curves of SF6/N2 and SF6/CF4 are designed and measured.The temperature range of the laboratory is set to?30-40℃,and the testing instruments and equipment are prepared.The two mixed gases with SF6 volume fraction of 28%,30%and 32%are configured respectively,and the equation of state of the mixed gas is deduced.The actual temperature and pressure values are measured in the experiment,and the theoretical values are substituted into the equation of state to obtain the relative error.The applicability of the equation of state is verified,and the pressure characteristic curve of SF6 mixed gas in the environment of 0.6 MPa is drawn.It is found that the pressure in this curve has a certain linear relationship with the experimental temperature,which provides a theoretical basis for the preparation of SF6 mixture system and related research and development.
